A PATRIOTIC RECIPE-MMM GOOD!

To my friends and followers, this is the day that the Lord has made. Let us be glad and serve Him. Let us count our blessings. Let us realize we are free because of those men and women who served in the military in the past, and serve now.  I owe you my freedom to speak and write what I want. I owe you my freedom to move about in this country at will. I owe you a thank you to prevent tyranny from ruling this country. I salute you. Thank you. May God Bless you.  May God bless this country and show the people who occupy this country mercy. “God Bless America!”

Here is a fun recipe to serve to our family and friends. They’re easy to fix. If you have children or grandchildren have them help you separate the red and blue m & m’s. Keep an eye on those little hands because they are faster than lightning-the insertion of an m&m candy to the mouth. J

Peanut Butter M&M Cookies (With a patriotic twist)

1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour (or use 3/4 c. white flour & 1/2 c. wheat)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
8 oz. chocolate chips or M&Ms

Cream together the margarine, sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla Mix well. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix thoroughly. Gently stir in the chocolate chips/M&Ms. Spoon onto cookie sheets. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Allow to sit for 1 minute before removing from pan.

Glod bless you all. Remember Jesus died on the cross and arose again. So believe and accept the gift.
